What a horrible experience with the manager AB Ncube, we ordered a Port Platter and the calamari was undercooked so was the linefish piece of line fish, I sent it back and asked them to please cook it a bit more its too raw, they bring it back and its black its burned. I took a picture of the burned platter and I called the manager who had a horrible attitude shouting at us and telling us line fish must be fried so black. REALLY what a joke.. when I told him i just want to pay my bill and I dont want the burnt platter he opened the till and slammed it closed, now I am 101% sure they have cameras to see how he shouted at us and walked away while we were talking. they made me Pay R333.30 for a platter i left and didnt eat. never have I ever encountered such utter disrespect for a paying customer. I was there a month ago and the rice was rockhard I called to supervisor and just told her to feel the rice and she apologised and we left it, but last night to my horror the Manager acted so unprofessional I will NEVER eat there again. I need answers TODAY.
