Soggy mcmuffins

Bought 5 sausage mcmuffuns last Saturday. And it was horrible. The muffin hadn't been toasted at all. I have pictures, the muffins/buns were soggy. Two of the buns looked as though they had been chewed already. This isn't the first time, the buns are never ever toasted the same, some days it's well toasted some days very lightly and this time not at all. I must say, I'm not loving it.
