No que manage

I went to nedbank to make a deposit, there was a lady that pushe in, so I called a staff member, and he called the manager, he manager was neverminded, and didn't even show me any respect, I told my son to call her and she said shell tAlk to the security, I was on lunch, and when I ask on numerouse occasions if I'm late or on lunch for someone to assist me to pay so I can avoid the line they decline me there is suppose to be someone there to assist the line, I was very angry, becoz in the past when I asked a lady that I know to make the payment for me the staff told me that that's not allowed, I am apauled at the managers reaction, I didn't get her name, but she is molim, thin tall dark skined lady. I am a regular customer customer ther, and make deposits every month there, wow for a manager to make like she doesn't care is bad, her expression alone was apauling, she showed no intrest in me, is this the service she gives her clients??? The manager didn't even try to calm me down!!!
