Not honouring vouche

I received a R25 off voucher when I bought a textbook from van schaik. When I tried to use the voucher last night I was told that I need to have the receipt for the book to use it. I do not have the receipt and even if I did I wouldn't be carrying it around in my wallet. I was not told to present the slip when I bought the book nor was I asked for one when I used the other voucher I had received. The terms on the voucher also do not ask for a receipt so there where no grounds on which to refuse my voucher. Not only was this terrible service from a romans I have been a customer of for over 10 years but it also cost your company money as I was going to buy quite a few pizzas. I instead spent my money somewhere else. Please rectify this and send me a way in which I can use my voucher in future.
