Pathetic service

We ordered pasta and coffee and the pasta was half cooked it came late n the coffee was given with no sugar, we asked twice for sugar the guy sed ok n disappeard by the time it came the coffee was cold and the attitude of all the waiters were very unprofessional they were screaming across each other and calling each other names. In presance of families. When we laid a complaint to the manageer he seemed more lost than anybody else there"s absolute no co-ordination and authority!!!
