Disappointed and ripped off!

To Whom It May Concern,

On Friday my partner and i went to the hillcrest KFC Drive through and we ordered two Box Meals.

I was disgusted to find that my lettuce was rotten, brown, limp and just not edible.

My tomato was far too over ripe and all powdery (feel and taste).

We have been to the hillcrest KFC many times and love it, but this was just not acceptable.

I work hard for my money and every now then we will treat ourselves to KFC, but feel like i have been ripped off and it is very upsetting.

We are reluctant to eat from there again, as don't want to get food like this again as well as waste our money.

I would appreciate a response to this e-mail as we are valued customers.

If I could put the photo's up on here i would.
