Clump of Hair in My food

I am from the United States and had one of the worst experiences of my recent visit to South Africa. This incident completely put me off the Spur Franchise and we will never visit this franchise again.

My Wife had ordered a vegetarian wrap and on the avocado was clearly a clump of curly human hair. We complained to the manager and he had the audacity to say that "sometimes mushroom fibers are mixed in with the food" ..

Seriously!?. Do i need to say anymore? Please check with the manager "Allan" for more details. I am not going to waste my time talking about this pathetic restaurant!
