Does a waiter mean anything at West Peak Spu

I have a cousin who works at West Peak Spur and it really touches me when something very unfair is done to them and they just sit down and do nothing because of the fear of losing their job. This i snot the first time she has complained about this. At this shop the operators say when a waiter loses a merchant receipt it means you have lost money, at first they used to say when you lose a merchant receipt you use your cash when you are doing your end of the day cashing up and then the operators will give you your money back the next day. Recently she lost two merchant receipts and she replaced them with her cash as said and then the next day when she asked for her money the cashier told her that her cash up was not over so it means they was nothing for her. She asked the cashier to show her a trans list only to find that her lost cards duplicates were there marked as if she had provided her own copies. She went to the operator who told her that if you lost a slip it means you lost money and they was nothing an operator could do because the cash up for that day was not over. When she asked him investigate he shouted at her telling that she should bring lost merchant receipts.
