PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN-MONSTROSETY

I have never experienced such horrible service!!!

My boyfriend and I like to treat ourselves once a week with breakfast at KFC or McDonalds. Whenever stopping at the KFC on Jan Smuts there is a problem.

1. You get there at 6:30 and they are not ready to serve breakfast yet. THEY SHOULD BE READY AT 6AM AS ADVERTISED!!!
2. Their ice cream machine is permanently out of order so i can never get my Berry Krusher!!! And then they had no orange juice. COME ON!!
3. This morning we got toasted sandwiches that looked like they had been thrown around a few times before they were given to us. The bread was broken, filling leaking all over the place - I could not even eat it.

The staff are permanently depressed and just ruin the morning.

I have never been to a KFC like this before - my experiences are usually pleasant and i walk away satisfied. But this place is a real disaster - it needs to be sorted out please!!!
