McD service sinking to the point of no return

I have been a long time loyal customer of McDonalds (over many years), and I must say they haven't been at the top of their game since the days of CEO Daryl Webb. Service is consistently bad regardless of location but I normally patronize Atterbury. The restaurant is dirty. They allow customers to sit/stand their children on the food counters. They serve stale, reheated fries. They frequently run out of supplies. The burgers are often hard, dry and tasteless. The drive-thru service is horrid! The wait time is ridiculous. I could go on, but I think you get the message. At the urging of friends, I've taken to driving a few meters up the hill to Steers, and I find it the lesser of two evils. Come correct or close up shop, guys.
