Ad service / Rotten eggs

I was on holiday and bought burgers and breakfast scwarma and chips from you store. On arrival @ home i saw that the egg was green. Please explain as i threw the schwarma in the dustbin. I am now in jhb and feel that i spent money on something i couldnt even eat. I have a photo to prove the alligation.

I hope that you will accomodate me with this as i am absolutely disgusted. Nevermind the service i got from that branch and outta pocket.
