KFC almost never gets orders correct

I was glad to see a KFC open near my home in Faerie Glen. The food isn't the healthiest, but the location, hours, and drive-thru window make it quite convenient for me in a crunch. Also, the staff are always friendly and polite, BUT it is very frustrating that they almost never get my order right. Once I received a chicken burger with no bottom half of the bread/bun. They won't substitute sides so I always pay extra for cole slaw only to have them sometimes forget to pack it. They frequently leave out condiments, straws, and other utensils. Yesterday, I asked to have my mashed potatoes plain (no gravy), and arrived home to find that they gave me a bowl full of gravy with no potatoes. I always listen carefully as they repeat the order back to make sure it is correct, but they still don't pack it correctly. It is not always reasonable to expect the customer to unpack the entire bag in the car and check every detail. It is so disappointing to get to one's destination, find the order lacking, and have to decide to accept it as is or drive all the way back. Please implement some sort of quality control procedures and train staff to pay better attention. It isn't rocket science.
