Rotten Eggs

I bought a 60 pack of eggs as I usually do and was disgusted to find out most of them were rotten! On Saturday morning I cracked FOUR rotten eggs one after another, before throwing away the whole box.
How can they sell rotten stock to customers? I'll never buy from this Makro again!
