Bad food and service!!

This is the 2nd time we have been to Spur, the first time we ordered a fish and chips.the fish was old and dry and not cooked as per specification..the second time we ordered a chicken snitchel.the snitchel only arrived 20 minutes after everyone finished eating! I also ordered a take away Spur burger which was NOT edible as the buns were old and the patty was dry! we had to give it to the dogs to eat!! we then had to go to Steers afterwards to get another burger! really bad food and service! that is the last time Spur will see us!! NEVER. Again!!
