Fed up wit KFC!!!

I stood in q for a long time and after finally being able to make a purchase i was told that what i wanted to buy was out of stock and that they were not aware of it.this has been the problem with most of the kfc's.why cant they put a marquee on their screen to inform customers of menus that aint available rather than allow us to stand on a long q for nothing...
