ADVERTISED ITEM NOT IN STOCK ANYWHERE!

I am so disappointed in the service at Game! Having browsed through the Christmas catalogue, I came across a white cake stand which I've wanted for a long time. I went to the Pavilion branch about 2 days after the specials started. After much passing the buck around from one sales man to another, I was finally told no stock arrived and I should check back in a few days.

I went back to the store the following week, only to be told the same thing. Customer service called the other branches, and it was determined that none of the stores had stock of this item.

Why advertise something that would never be available, this is totally unacceptable! To top it off, I'm heavily pregnant, and all the running around from one department to another (because no one could give me a proper answer) has been exhausting!

Please sort out your service, and kindly contact me, if by some miracle, the cake stand is finally on the shelves.
