Bella Bellota
COCKROACH PIZZA?

Went to lunch at Bella Bellota High Street. Had a orange juice shake, with old icy ice-cream. The toppings pineapple and peppadews were not available on my required pizza and I had to switch them out. My pizza comes, had a slice then spotted on top of the pizza topping a dead cockroach about 1cm in length. The most awful experience of my life. I went to get the manageress and when she came to the table I pointed to the roach in disgust and asked whether she sees it. She told me yes I do, we will take it off the bill immediately; would you like anything else? like really. NO!!! No big apologies, no one came back to the table. I had to go and ask for our bill, I ran into our waiter then who asked did we get our pizza's??? huh. No Bella Bellota, no no no. Totally unacceptable!
