Steers dissapoints once again

We went to Steers Brightwater commons Thurday 26 Sep - just to get there and notice it is closed - no notification on your website??? Also nothing about the one closed in Victory park??? We then go to Fontainbleau, place our order and wait - after about 20 minutes we have to go and enquire about our order - as the lady that assisted us was playing on her phone the whole time - our food stood on the counter, half cold already!!! Please update store details accordingly and prohibit staff from having phones with them!!!
