Terrible Service

We were on holiday in Umhlanga recently and we went to The Gateway Shopping Centre (20/09/13). While there we decided that pizza was a good idea for quick lunch. Needless to say it is the worst service I have ever received from ANY Panarottis store! We were left waiting for 1 starter and 1 kiddies meal for 45 minutes. After i complained the manager came to apologise and said she would not charge us the kiddies meal... what a joke... we received our pizza's 30min after that with different waitrons bringing our drinks and food and tomato sauce.

I received the bill, and YES i was charged for the meal i was told i would not be charged for the waitor taking the payment could not find the manager that was busy with another customer. I eventually just paid and left a note on the slip that the service was terrible. I was told a Senior Manager would phone me that same evening. Guess what??? NO CALLLLLL! I have told all my friends about the terrible service and advised them not to go to this restaurant EVER!
