Another bad experience from Observatory Mcdonalds

Sooo annoyed right now. Once again the Observatory branch of Mcdonalds has managed to not only get my order wrong and supplied me with the wrong things than what I paid for but also simply forgot to include my fries with my meal and now trying to call them is even more of a mission... Great!!! Thank you so much, I now have 2 screaming kids on my hands!!!
