Bad Service

The service from this branch is appalling. Ordered a sandwich which was to be delivered in 45mins max. I called after an hour and according to the guy who picked up the fone the sandwich was not ready. Really?! One sandwich?!! The sandwich finally got here an hour after that and I must say it was not worth the wait. I am not sure if they have changed management cos the service used to be much better. I will be ordering from somewhere else next time.
