Mr Delivery

We logged a call on the 27.09.2013 at 10:30 and ordered food for delivery 11:45. its now 12:56 and we still have not received after numerous calls to Mr. Delivery. This is unacceptable. We paid with a credit card and are now stuck. We will never use Mr. Delivery every again and will advise other people not to use them.
