Delivery guy take down Ct Card detail

On Friday evening my husband and i ordered McDonald via their delivery service from the Humewood branch. I paid with my credit card. When the delivery took place the delivery guy asked to view proof of ID and my credit card. That i do understand. He then wrote down all my credit card details including CVV number and everything. As he left i phoned the delivery number to ask them if this was procedure. They said no. I called the supervisor and she said that she think he will not from me. I then called FNB to cancel my credit card. Heard nothing from McDonalds again.
This is unacceptable. With all that detail he can buy from any internet supplier. Now I have to go to all the trouble to get a new credit card. (i did not even mention the cold food deliverd to my door)
