Always get the wrong

This is my second time going to Steers - Grayston Centre and my order is always wrong. It costs me petrol to keep going back to get the correct order because I don't necessarily work close by.
This is unacceptable as the manager has a "don't-care-attitude". My food does get changed all the time when I go back but why can't my order be done correctly from the onset. The order is taken correctly but what is packaged is totally different. The worst part is a manager that doesn't care about his customers. I'm very disappointed and more than anything, disgusted by the service we get after they were at fault!!!
