The steers at Grayston Centre I was appalled at the service received. Upon arriving and placing my order the cashier then mispressed a button on the machine and the price escalated, this is a general error which is understandable what is not acceptable is the fact that a 45 minute wait was then added due to being unable to sort out the issue. To add insult to injury when we finally left without a slip and change having to be given out the cashiers own pocket, we arrived back at the office with the wrong order and food and chips as cold as anything.

This is a disgrace and I WILL NEVER NEVER return to this steers.
