Order "Given to Others"

Hi There, I phoned through an order yesterday to Gateway food court. To put through 1 order (Meal for 4), took over 6 minutes and that is after the call was picked up. I explained that I would be coming through to Gateway shortly and needed the order for a show at the Barnyard starting at 2pm. When I arrived to fetch the order at 1:30pm, I went straight to Phulani who had taken the telephonic order who then said oh we gave your order to other customers because he thought I wasn't coming! I said that I had told him the time and he had my phone number so why didn't he call me if he was unsure?? I got no response to this. They then fumbled around trying to fulfill the order. They dropped my change on the floor and had to try find it - taking even more time. I think my original order number was 92 when I phoned and then the one I got on my slip is 109. This service is completely unacceptable! I eventually got my order at 1:53pm.
