No attention to detail and bad service

Last night my hubby and i had come how and decided to order pizza, he called the franchise and requested from a triple decker chicken pizza for delivery, they person taking the order took down our details and said the order will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. My husband then when to wait ourside for the delivery guy, 45 minutes had passed and no one came so we decided to call the franchise again, a lady answered so we asked when will the order arrive, she said the driver had left and is on his way. So my hubby went to wait for the delivery guy and still no one pitched. So we tried calling them again this time with no answer, 1h30min later they call us back and ask when will we be picked up the order. I am very disappointed as the person taking down the order should have know from the onset that the order needed to be delivered, the reason people order take away is so they dont have to prepare a meal in that time i could have had i know this was going to be tha case. The service is terrible
