I would like to bring to your attention a situation that happened at your pub / restraint today (22 Sept 2013 at around 5pm) whereby your Manager, Mario swore at a table of 8 regular patrons accusing them of sneaking in wine after excessively overcharging the corkage price.

Numerous tables around ours heard Mario and stated after the fact that is not acceptable.

This is not the first time our table has complained to you about his behavior but nothing has been done as he continues with his reckless cowboy attitude.

How can you allow a manager to be on duty when they continuously smoke and consume alcohol with all his "friends" in the corner?
