Wimpy
Absolutely Horrific Service and very unhappy

My son loves the wimpy bar one waffle and so i often take him to the wimpy at norwood so that he can have it has a treat. It started 3 weeks ago when i ordered two of them one with ice cream and one with no cream or ice cream. The waitress made a mistake and bought 1 with cream and 1 with ice cream. I sent the one with cream back and asked them not to just scrape it off. She came back a later and you could see it had just been scraped off. I asked management nicely to please fix it and they made the kitchen make a new one. I was not angry and did not complain. The following week we went back and after waiting more than 20 minutes were bought our waffles but you could see they had not been made properly again and i was told that it was the kitchens fault. i did not make a seen but did say that i was not happy. I took my son again to the wimpy yesterday. I ordered the moment we sat down and more than 20 minutes later we were bought waffles with just chocolate sauce on no bar ones. The excuse given was that there were no bar ones. i pointed out the pick n pay outside the door. I sent them back to cut the story short. I was not given what i ordered. I still had to pay.
