Poor Service

The service level at Buccleuch McDonalds, is really shocking. You place your order at drive though and they always make you wait in the parking area, so what is the exact purpose of a drive thru'...The manager at the moment insisted I park in the 'waiting area' Then he has the audacity to call me names. I work in the customer service industry myself and that is no way to treat a customer and shows disrespect to your brand. A second instance we place our order and only to arrive at the pay station informing us that their card machine is not working. Surely there should be a sign up informing customers. Just thought I let you know my customer experience at Buccleuch.
