Spur Steak Ranches
Realy bad service

My mom and I went to Spur (Kathu branch) for lunch. On arrival we were greeted by the waitress who took us to our table. We ordered drinks, but soon after I saw all the waiters, including the manager, at one table chatting and laughing. While we waited. I decided to stand up and call out waitress myself. Not long after we ordered our starters. Again after a LONG wait, the starters arrived cold. She were never in sight when we needed her.By the time we ordered our main course, pretty disgusted, she got the order wrong... twice. We still ate though, but were NOT satisfied with the service. The manager still chatted with his female waiters, did not care at all. When we wanted to pay, we had to take the bill to the counter ourselves, while they were still just sitting there chatting.
