Worst experience with Mr. Delivery EVER!!

placed my order, after 45mins I phoned to ask where it is, where i was advised that it will only take another 10mins. After another 20mins I phoned again, and was told that only 5mins still.

After 2 hours of placing my order, I phoned for the 4th time, where I was then told the order was never placed, because of a system breakdown?

Why could they not tell me the first time I phoned I have to re-order? Mr. Delivery was a complete waste of time. then, they could not help me place my order again, because they do not have the details of my credit card again?
