Disgusting service not one but twice

This past weekend on Saturday my husband took me to the panaroti in carnival mall for breakfast, we ordered immediately being probally the 2nd people sitting down we thought it would go fast, but it took about 8 minutes to bring our drinks and 20 minutes to bring 2 breakfasts, looking around people that came in after us was receiving their meals before us, we eventually stormed out, i requested the bill and i got a full bill, i told them i did not even eat yet so they must change the bill and boy the cashier had the hugest attitude, eventually the manager or supervisor came at that time i had been raising my voice insisting i will not pay for the food i want to pay for the drinks and they were looking at me as if they did not understand what i was wanting, so he came along obviosuly i was now making a huge schene and he said dont pay, but like i said to him its not the point of not paying this is the second time we have had bad service in a month, the previous weekend i also came and it took that amount of time to get our food, i understand if the place is full but flip you can count how many patrons are in the place... very bad experience in two weekends in a row.
