Horrible customer service

I just drove through Bruma McDonalds and experienced the worst service.
First the ordering machine (drive through) was faulty then Mapule shouted at me with arrogance that I should move to the window to order. When I asked her if the attitude she gave me was necessary she decided to walk away and told her colleague to help me.
I then asked to see a manager and was sent through a junior team leader Andile.
I am super peeved with the service I just got as I have a 3 year old who still thinks highly of McDonalds. With this kind of service I will be sure to tell my friends and family NOT to use that branch.
