After logging complaint on 19/08, no feedback

2days after I logged the complain, the manager said she was going to investigate and get back to me, i am posting th e3rd complain that i am not getting feedback from her, what must i do? go to daily sun, sowetan, sundaty times, is this the kind of service that you are offering to the money that we soend for you guys to have your pay cheque???
