Poor appalling service

On Saturday at 13:35 I bought the family full house 6 meal (soul fire) which took them over 30minutes to prepare just to find they prepared a wrong order,
which was only prepared after 14:00 when I confronted them about it. Which clearly show that they had forgotten about it
when I complained about how long they kept me waiting they made it my problem that they are short staffed, the meat was not "soul fire" they made 2 salsa salads instead of 1 coslow en 1 salsa. Some of the staff are very arrogant, it's really disturbing to see how they treat their customers, I'm highly disappointed
