Poor service and no remorse

Yesterday around 11:07am i drove to Willow Crest / republic rd chicken licken and i bought a meal (8 wings, chips, coslow, toast and a buddy coke) and i asked for an extra loaf which amounted to -R43.00 and drove out.

after i drove off i realised that the load was stale or old which really spoiled our meal (because we were sharing the meal) and our wings were too cold, we were in a hurry so i called around PM to complain about the appalling service i got and i spoke to a lady (manager) Gladice who asked that i should bring in the same day or the following day.

today i went back around 12:40pm to show her what i was talking about and she just said sorry and gave me refund (R3.50 for the loaf), i mean that was really down rite rude and she didn't show any remorse for the inconvenience caused, i was boiled after she gave me that money and i left.

Is this how Chicken Licken deals with customers complains, just say sorry and refund them?

I'm really disappointed at their service and this is not the first time i experience such service from that drive thru especially on the 25th they tend to rob people of their meals.
