VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM KFC CENTURION

So I initially complained on the KFC website. But since they're ignoring me (other than an email I received confirming the receipt of my complaint, reference number CAS-25498-B5K7Y7), I'm now going to try and get a response from them by posting my EXTREMELY bad experience here:

Seeing that there is not enough "characters" available to copy my original e-mail here... I'll just some it up: (KFC has my original e-mail explaining the whole story)

We had VERY BAD service from BOTH branches in Centurion on the SAME evening...

Southdowns doesn't have stock off chicken, as they will be closing in 10 minutes, and are not bothered to prepare any food... We can choose from what's left... I mean really?? Then you should change your trading hours...

From there, we went to other branch (cnr of John Vorster/Lenchen)... Get home, and the coleslaw is past expiry date and off/sour. They also gave me a drum-stick, after I clearly instructed them to ring up my 6 pieces of chicken as single pieces (no combo deals), as I want all pieces to be breast or thighs (NO wings or Drumsticks).

And NO response from them yet??

I'll spread the word of my experience with KFC!!!
