Bad food turned very good

Went to this Branch a few weeks ago and ordered a fried seafood meal but the fish had a weird taste which I attributed to the oil which was probably old. Mike the manager heard my complaint and offered to replace my meal but I didn't have the time to take him up on the offer.
When I came in today he still recognized me and made me a grilled meal which was excellent.
