Maxi's
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to Maxis this past Saturday and the service there was terrible! A lady sat us down, gave us the menus and completely forgot about us and basically vanished. After 30 minutes of sitting with our menus I had to get up and ask one of the male waiters to help us, he did and everything went quickly. Then when my milkshake came it tasted like a plain glass of milk, it was terrible and definitely not worth the wait! I love Maxis and tried the Menlyn one because the service and food I'd gotten at the one at The Grove mall had always been superb but the Menlyn branch is a complete disaster! The worst part is it wasn't even busy, I'm really disappointed!
