Maxis Resturant is Perfect, clean, proper food, Fast

I went to Maxis (East Gate mall) very hungry and there was a long que, but let me tell you this:

i made an order, And after a couple of minutes my food was ready, "well done food", look i started eating and i enjoy what i was eating "fully enjoying, when i check around i saw a two managers busy helping the customers, waiters And, so i ask my self if these managers are helping and also the waiters are busy with all their lovely smiles making sure that we are happy and getting what we want, why can't all this (mik mouse resturant) do the same???
