Unhappy turned happy!

My friends and I went to Spur tonight and we were all dissatisfied with our food. We informed our waitress who let the manager know. He was professional and friendly in the way he handled the problem. We will be coming back there because we normally have great food and service but this was just one experience which was handled well. Thank you very much!
