Bad service, or lack thereof rathe

I recently visited the Wimpy in Scottburgh, nothing out of the ordinary as I am from the area. I seated myself and then waited 20 minutes before waking up and leaving, no one had come to take my order or check if everything was alright. The manager was sitting in the front with her phone out having a good old chat and laugh with a colleague. I know the owner of the restaurant and when she's around, you'll get a warm hello with a smile on her face, this time there was no such serve like that. I then went to the Spur in the same mall, I was seated and within 2 minutes, a friendly waitress was there to take my order. Maybe the staff at the Wimpy could get a few pointers from Spur.
Very disappointing Wimpy.
