Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Incorrectly charged and poor service

On tuesday 13th August 2013, my family and i went out for my daughters 7th Birthday, when i got to panarottis cresta, we asked the waitress for the tuesday special, that they have . "buy one pizza and get the other free". After looking at the menu we were told that you have to order from the classic pizza and get the gourmet pizza free. however no provision is made for vegetarians on the gourmet pizza section. The manager came to us and said they would do us a "favour " as it is not clearly displayed and patrons are not well informed. When our pizzas came they were BURNED and had to be sent back, this is after waiting for half an hour, after another 15 min of waiting pizzas came, but the billing was incorrect i was charged R240 rands and paid for the" free pizza", i was charged for both!!!... when i confronted the manager, she blamed the waitress and refused to take off the amount for the FREE pizza and said its company policy, so much for the "favour", and my little girls 7th Birthday. i feel, ridiculed and disgusted!!!
