Bad service and no plates and sauces

I had the worst service at Mowbray KFC opp shoprite in the main road, No boat plates the cashier has no customer skills or whatsoever very rude and moody, I bought a 6 piece family feast with 3 sides and asked for boat plates I get told they don't have boat plates I can only have 1 take away box because I bought a 6 piece family meal and that I must use the box that my 6 pieces of chicken was in to share the meal with 3 kids and 2 adults. I then ask to speak to a manager and advised what I bought all he could say was sorry enjoy your meal but did not solve anything. I there after discovered that we have been giving oily fatty dark fried chicken and just fed my kids what i could and let the rest of the food on the table. I am very much disgusted in the management and staff at that store, its cost me more money to get other food as my money was wasted at Kfc.
