Waiting exactly 51 minutes for a take away (1 full chicken)
UNACCEPTABLE. The phones ringing non-stop!! The backlog of order slips lying to to the ground. I would love to know why this is happening and why it is not being address! Clearly the store is understaffed or something.
I will never in my life support the store OR franchise for that matter.!!
