Bad Attitude & Order not fulfilled

It was very saddening to receive a service from one of your staffer, Tshepiso, on Sunday evening. I got in store to buy something to eat with my girlfriend around 20:50, sit-in, after some minutes she notified me that I can't eat in store since they were about to close. Whereas there were people in store dinning, but I accpeted to do take away. I ordered chicken without SKIN. She went to close the door. After my order was ready, I asked if everything was as according to my request, she gave a bad attitude. Now after I left the store driving home, I got my chicken with SKIN and this irritated me especially when you know other stores would meet my requests. I actually couldn't eat as this wasn't my order. I am getting disappointed at Nandos franchises for hiring people who don't understand the customer service and the principles of the copmany at heart. This problem manifests itself among many of the franchises around Pretoria, which at times I ask myself why do go buy Nandos whilst instead I could be eating Barcelos or any other grilled chicken somewhere?
