NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! EXCUSES EXCUSES!

We by accident forgot my wallet on the counter at The Spar Tops at Florida Junction on 18May 15h25.When we realized i dont have my wallet, my boyfriend went back to go get it. The cashier said that a lady took my wallet, she said she knows me and will give it to me. I dont know anyone in that area except for my boyfriend and his family. Yes i know we should have looked before leaving the shop, but the cashier SHOULDN'T have given my wallet to that lady without proof that she knows me. We went to the manager at Spar, he said he will have the video footage for us by Monday 20May. We decided to only go on Tuesday evening to give him some time. We got there and he does not have the footage, said the guy will only be there on Wednesday to do something with the cameras. On Wednesday my boyfriend went there and still they cannot assist us. My boyfriend gave them his number in order to contact him when we can come for the footage, in order for us to go to the police and open a case. I called them today to find out what is happening as it is a week now and they are not being very helpful. Spoke to Leon today said that the managers Theo and George, were overseas. But we saw them last week. Seriously?
