Management bad attitude and raw food

We decided to have supper at the Fishmonger during our stay at the Wild coast sun. However this was the first and last time. Firstly my cousin ordered a half chicken which arrived at the table raw - there was blood when when she cut into the chciken. Secondly we had a 1kg platter of prawns which was dry- when we tried to give feedback to the manager on how we experienced the food - he dismissed us saying that we had eaten some of teh prawn so we shouldnt complain. The service levels form management was shocking. The guy was arrogant and not willing to listen to our feedback - i thought this is how restuarants improve. The sushi we ordered was also dry as if it was old. What pathetic service for a restuarant at the popular Wild coast sun. I will never eat there again and dont recommend others do.
