I booked into the Wild Coast for 4 nights from Sunday, 29th Sep. Arrived @ the Hotel @ 3pm, rooms were not ready, had to wait for almost 2hrs before we could get into the room. That evening I was on the gaming floor & had a bill dispute on a machine. The manner is which it was handled was shocking, degraging & left me feeling like a. I was told by a rude attendant that the money was given to me, when I refused to accept that & asked him to check the cameras if they have to. After a long while they came back & I was told that the money was found. NO APOLOGY & still more rudeness from the attendant! I'm currently still booked in & frankly all I want to do is go home! I went to the food court, bought some food from steers, & a roll & cooldrink from the chicken place. The attitude of the staff was beyone shocking. I approached the staff @ the chicken place & asked for a plate so my child could eat out of. They made such an issue of it & treated me like an. The manager came over & he continued to have a conversation about me in zulu. I am totally digusted & disappointed. I am a regular @ this hotel & this is the 1st time that am so upset. Vuyo @ reception NO 1!!!
